Rachael Gisella is a professional pole artist based between London and Lisbon, famous for her sensual, low flow movement and connecting dancers globally.
With experience spanning across Europe, Africa and Asia, Rachael teaches internationally, and has performed on major stages such as the O2 Arena and London Stadium.
Guest Instructor
Suki specialises in fluid, heels-based movement, with a focus on seamless transitions and making flow look effortless.
With a background of martial arts and winner of 2026 Eden Pole Comp’s Hypnotic Flow, she brings a grounded approach to movement while encouraging dancers to find their own individual style.
Retreat Curator and Instructor
Renowned for her powerful heelwork, fluid strength transitions, and emotionally charged performances, Stephiie is an blends strength with softness and technique with expression.
Stephiie is an award-winning performer and experienced coach who helps you build confidence and turn movement into storytelling.

A direct train from London Waterloo to Shepperton makes it easy to escape for the weekend without travelling far.
If you take the train or bus, please arrive at Shepperton station, just a few minutes walk from the studio.

Day One
Saturday
Start the weekend with a delicious bakery breakfast before diving into three pole workshops, keeping your energy up throughout the day with studio snacks.
Put on your favourite festive outfit for our Festive Pole Jam and let loose with unstructured time in the studio, followed by pizza & drinks in good company.
You'll also get a handmade photo album to capture your favourite memories.
Day Two
Sunday
Start with another freshly baked breakfast, then it's time to step into the spotlight with a professional photoshoot - a chance to create something beautiful and capture yourself doing what you love.
We'll dive into three workshops, with studio snacks to keep you going, and head out together for a two-course festive lunch at a riverside pub.
And you'll have your handmade photo album ready to fill with all your favourite moments.

We create an inclusive, welcoming, warm space for you to connect with others and feel at ease.
9 hours of heels pole dance workshops are included, with 6 workshops in total (each workshop is 90 minutes), plus a professional outdoor pole photoshoot and festive pole jam. A total of 10+ hours on the pole!
If you're joining for the full weekend, you can also get access to Pole Ninjas workshops on the evening of Friday 11th December.
